Indian Lake Islands Campground has 55 (boat-access) campsites on the southern shore of Indian Lake in the Adirondacks. One group site is also available. All campsites can only be reached by boat and are large and have nice privacy.  Campers register at the boat launch next to the Lewey Lake Public Campground (off Route 30).

The opportunity to (tent) camp on an island or along the shore of Indian Lake makes this one of the most popular camping destinations in the Adirondacks.  A picnic area with tables and fire its is also available. The campground has vault toilets.

Area Recreation & Activities

Outdoor recreation in the area includes boating, canoeing, kayaking, paddle-boarding, swimming, water sports, fishing, hiking, picnicking and wildlife viewing. Canoe/kayak rentals are also available.
