Sharp Bridge campground has 40 single-family campsites located in a forested area along the west shore of the Schroon River. It offers a great basecamp for climbers wishing to reach some of the higher Adriondack Peaks.

Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Each site also has a table, fire ring and grate. The campground has drinking water, flush toilets, hot showers and a dump station. There’s also a picnic area, playground and firewood available for sale.

Sharp Bridge – Area Recreation

Outdoor recreation in the area includes canoeing/kayaking (during the spring), fishing, swimming,  hiking, biking, picnicking and wildlife viewing. Adirondack Park also offers visitors over 6 million acres to explore.   There are also many towns and villages, fine lodging, luxury resorts and family-friendly accommodations throughout the park.
