Dolly Varden Overview

Dolly Varden Campground has 5 tent-only campsites and is located in a heavily forested area near Fall Creek. Three sites are along the creek on the north side of Forest Road 18, and two walk-in only sites are across the road.

The campground is generally open mid April to mid September. Amenities include vault toilets and trash collection. Potable water is not available.  Each campsite also has a table, fire ring and grill. Cell service is not available at the campground.

Other campgrounds in the area include Bedrock, Puma, Broken Bowl, Clark Creek Organization Camp (1 group site), Black Canyon, Big Pool (1 group site) and Ivan Oakes.

Dolly Varden Campground – Area Recreation and Activities

Outdoor recreation in the area includes fishing, hiking, mountain biking and picnicking. Wildlife viewing is also nice in the area.
