We stayed in Site 37 in for two nights in early June. It was hot, but the trees provided some shade. Bathrooms are very clean and the showers are free with a code you receive at check in email. Good water pressure and hot water in the showers. The lake is a bit of a party scene, so there were campers playing music throughout the day, and of course trucks and boats arriving fairly early to the parking area that sits below the campground… but everyone respected the quiet hours. Very family friendly. This is a bustling, well-loved County Park. Site 38, which is at a higher point in the campground had lake views above the trees … but not as much shade. Overall, a good pick to be near a lake with good camper amenities.
