  4. Raul Cantu says:

What campsites can we drive out of to the dunes?

    • Hi Raul,
You can’t drive from your campsite to the dunes at Jessie M. Honeyman Memorial State Park. There are walking trails from the campground and it’s about 1/2 mile at most. You can also click on the Campground Map button to see a layout of the campground.

  5. Which sites in H loop are 40 ft and larger? We have a 40ft RV and want to know which sites to look for when making a reservation.

    • Hi Suzanne,
Almost all of H-loop at Jessie M. Honeyman State Park will accommodate a trailer or RV larger than 40 feet (40-55 feet). The only campsites that do not are: 381, 388, 400 and 412.

  6. Between site 75 and 82 which would you recommend? 75 looks more isolated but I’m curious whether the foot traffic from the connector trail causes disturbances. Thank you!

    • Hi Katie,
Our photographer picked both #75 and #82 as being among the ‘favorite campsites’ at Jessie M. Honeyman Memorial State Park. With that said, you may get some traffic noise, etc. from the trail next to #75, but it is more isolated (room between neighbors). It also has some nice trees/bushes that offer privacy.

  7. Tina Marchant says:

I’m wondering if all the group campsites are on the other side of the connector trail. I can’t tell which sites are the group sites on the map.

  8. Just curious if the showers are free or if we should bring change with us? thank you.
