LaPine State Park Comments & Reviews

Visited LaPine State Park Campground lately? We'd love to hear about your adventure. Did you find us useful? Did we forget something? Anything our community should know before heading out to LaPine State Park?

One Comment on “LaPine State Park”

  1. We stayed at this park on Sept. 27, 2017 for one night in our 24′ RV with a tow vehicle in space #132. The site was level with plenty of room for our coach and car (unhooked.) The sites in our loop (which were closing for the season the following weekend) were pretty nicely separated. The sites in the other loops appeared to be a bit more crowded and busy.

We didn’t get to spend as much time as we’d like, but it was enough to know we’d like to come back. The shower and restrooms facilities were clean with plenty of hot water. The trails were wide and smooth, and we would love to come back with our mountain bikes next time (a very popular activity at this park from the looks of it.)

We did get to walk the trail to The Big Tree, which was fun to see and was a lovely very-early morning walk.
