Packard Creek Campground has 37 campsites and is located next to Hills Creek Reservoir in a mature conifer forest. Some campsites have views of the reservoir through the trees. One group campsite is also available.
Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Each site has a parking spur (ranging in size from 24 to 40 feet), table, fire ring and grill. Some campsites also have individual boat docks. The group site can accommodate up to 80 people and has a large picnic shelter and open space for tents.
Amenities include drinking water, vault toilets and trash collection. There’s also a boat ramp, trailer parking lot, swimming beach/area and mixed us trails for hiking, biking and horseback riding. Cell service is not available in the area.
Outdoor recreation in the area includes boating, canoeing, kayaking, paddle-boarding, swimming, water sports, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, picnicking and wildlife viewing.
Other campgrounds in the area include Salmon Creek Falls, Blue Pool, Sand Prairie, Blair Lake and Black Canyon.
