Paulina Lake Campground has 69 large campsites and is located next to the lake offering stunning views of the water and surrounding pine forest. Most of the campsites are reservable, but there are also several first-come, first-serve sites.
The campground has potable/drinking water, flush toilets, trash collection, an RV dump station, picnic area and a boat ramp. Firewood is also available fore sale from the camp host. Cell service is poor. Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs (32 to 65 feet). Each campsite also has a table, fire ring and grate.
Our favorite Paulina Lake campsites are: 2, 4, 11, 27, 35, 36, 47, 48, 54, 58 and 61.
Outdoor recreation includes: boating, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, photography and wildlife viewing. Lava Lands Visitor Center is also worth a visit. It’s located in nearby Bend, Oregon.
Cinder Hill and East Lake are a couple of other campgrounds in the area to consider. You may also like McKay Crossing and Prairie campgrounds.
