George Washington State Park campground has 45 well-spaced campsites and is located on the shores of Bowdish Reservoir. Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Electrical hookups are not available. Each campsite has a table, fire ring and grate. There are also two Adirondack style Shelters group camping (limited to 20 persons each) and also five 12’x12′ tent platform campsites.
Campground amenities include drinking water (spigots) and a bathhouse with flush toilets and showers. The park also has hiking trails, a boat ramp, picnic areas and hiking trails.
Outdoor recreation activities include boating, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, swimming, hiking, biking and picnicking. Wildlife viewing is also nice here.

I’d like the family and I to get away from the stress and go camping here so we all can go swimming
