Kings Mountain State Park Campground has 115 campsites with water & electric hookups. There are also 10 tent only sites and 15 equestrian campsites. The tent and equestrian campsites do not have water & electric hookups. The campground has a camp store, drinking water, flush toilets, hot showers, trash collection and a dump station. Each campsite also has a table, fire ring and grill. Large trees provide nice shade to most campsites.
Kings Mountain State Park – Area Recreation
The park includes 6,883 acres, two fishing lakes, a playground, gift shop and miles of trails to explore. In addition to camping, visitors enjoy a wide range of recreational activities including fishing, boating, kayaking, canoeing, hiking, biking, picnicking and wildlife viewing. Canoe and kayak rentals are available. Kings Mountain National Military Park is also adjacent to the Park, offering tours of the revolutionary war site.
Lake Wateree State Park, Paris Mountain State Park and Cheraw State Park are three other South Carolina State Parks you may want to check out.

Need to know your hours per week. Need to know your camping prices.
Also, do you handle Senior/Lifetime passes? If so, when can we get them before 8/28/17?

Hi Lin, the campsites at Kings Mountain State Park cost $15 per night for a tent and $19 per night for a trailer/RV/tent site. You can click on the ‘Make A Reservation’ button to check availability, pricing and make a reservation.
Do you equestrian campsites have water and electrical hookup?

Is there a swimming area

Swimming is not allowed in any of the lakes/water at Kings Mountain State Park.
