Dalton Lake Campground offers a peaceful setting overlooking Dalton Lake and has 11 spacious campsites in Black Hills National Forest.

Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Each site also has a parking spur, table, fire ring and grill. The campground is generally open mid May to Mid September. Amenities include drinking water (hand pump), vault toilets and trash collection. Cell service is not available in the area.

Other campgrounds in the area include Boxelder Forks, Roubaix Lake, Bear Gulch Group and Pactola Reservoir.

Outdoor Recreation & Activities

Outdoor recreation in the area includes kayaking, canoeing, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, OHV trail riding, picnicking and wildlife viewing.
