South Cumberland State Park Foster Falls campground has 26 spacious campsites set in a forest of tall trees. The campsites are best for tents and smaller trailers/RVs. Each campsite also has a parking pad, table, fire ring and grill. The campground has vault toilet and water. Our favorite campsites at Foster Falls campground are: 8, 14, 19, 20, 22, 24.
South Cumberland State Park is located within 4 different Tennessee and encompasses roughly 31,000 acres of some of the best hiking and backcountry camping in 12 primitive (walk-in) campsites. Other outdoor recreation includes hiking, rock climbing, swimming (Grundy Lakes and Sycamore Falls swimming hole), basketball, volleyball, tennis, horseshoes, softball, picnicking, horseback riding and fishing. Wildlife viewing is also nice in the area.

I’m inquiring about horse back riding at the park. Is it allowed?
