Hi Dianne,
CampsitePhotos.com doesn’t have the specifics regarding the Bastrop State park swimming pool schedule, but we do know the 2023 swim season will run from May 27 – Sept 4, 2023 (staff dependent). Reservations to enter the pool area are required for everyone. Children aged 5 and under swim for free, but still need reservations. The pool is reserved for lap swimming on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, June 13 – Aug. 10, from 8 to 8:50 a.m. Swimmers may check in beginning 10 minutes before their reserved session. Reservations for open swim are available in two-hour sessions. Check-in begins 15 minutes prior to the start of swim sessions. Swim sessions will end and the pool area will be cleared after one hour and 45 minutes of swimming. More information (including reservations) can be found here: https://tpwd.texas.gov/state-parks/bastrop/fees-facilities/swimming-pool
