Rio Grande Village campground has 100 single-family campsites and is located on the banks of the Rio Grand River in Big Bend National Park. Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs (up to 40 feet). Each campsites has a table, food storage locker and charcoal grill (no wood fires permitted). Some sites also have a shade ramada). Group camping is also available.

Campground amenities include drinking water and flush toilets. There is also showers, laundry facilities and a camp store just outside of the campground.

The campground is first-come, first-served basis for most of the year, but 43 sites can be reserved from mid November to mid April.

Rio Grande Village – Area Recreation

Outdoor recreation includes hiking, biking, fishing, picnicking, photography and wildlife viewing.
