Russell Park Campground has 32 campsites (including 1 group) and is on the west side of Georgetown Lake, in the Texas Hill Country.
Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Ten of these campsites have screened shelters which contain bunk beds with no bedding. Each site also has a table, lantern post, fire ring and grill.
Amenities include drinking water, flush toilets, showers, trash collection, a boat ramp and a swim beach. The Swim Beach and Day Use Area is closed annually from November to March. Cell service is good. A dump station is available to use at Cedar Breaks Park and Jim Hogg Park.
Outdoor recreation includes boating, water sports, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, swimming, hiking, biking, picnicking and hunting. Wildlife viewing is also nice here.
