  1. Nice place.
    Very clean and secure.

  2. Oct 2019-would be nice to know when campsite photos taken as reference, month/year. The site numbers in photos not current Numbering has changed. Texas state parks now using reserve america online reservation system.

    • Hi JC,
Thanks for the heads up on the renumbering of Tyler State Park. We shot the campground in November, 2014 and will rename/number the photos according to current scheme.

  3. Are the full hook up sites 50 amp? I couldnt find any reference anywhere if they are 50 amp or 30 amp & our camper has to have 50 amp, so we had to stay nearby.

This could be important info for you to include in your campsite description. Thanks.

Would like to go over there with RV trailer. Can you send me map, campsite and stay in one month or week(rate$$)? Need to have member pass card?

    • Hi Beverly,
You can click on the ‘Campground Map’ button to see, download and print the campground map. Also, click on the ‘Make A Reservation’ button to check availability, pricing and make a reservation at Tyler State Park.

  5. It can be tough to get a reservation, but worth it to search for availability and go! This park is beautiful, arranged to allow a feeling of privacy at campsites, well maintained facilities, and a small convenience store & boat rental. The water is clean and swimming area includes a floating dock to swim out to. I don’t fish, but they do have a very nice, lighted fushing pier for those who do. Lots of great hiking trails and biking paths. My daughter and I made many great memories here!
