Goblin Valley State Park Campground has 25 campsites set in a valley of strange, unusual and colorful rock sculptures resembling mischievous goblins. You’ll also see colorful orange-brown boulders, balanced rocks, spires and pedestals.
Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Each of the spacious campsites have a paved parking pad, shade structure, table, fire ring and grate. Two yurt campsites are also available. Campground amenities include drinking water, flush toilets, hot showers and a dump station. Cell service is not available.
Outdoor activities include hiking, biking, disc golf, off-roading, wildlife viewing and stargazing. Goblin Valley was also recognized by the National Park Services’ Night Sky Team as having one of the darkest night skies on earth. Another side trip is to hike through Little Wild Horse (slot) Canyon. It’s a short five mile drive from Goblin Valley.
