Hal Canyon Campground has 11 campsites and is located on the scenic banks of the Colorado River in a stunning canyon. The campground can accommodate tents and small trailers and RVs. There is no drinking water, but there is a vault toilet. Campsites are available on a first-come, first served basis. Each campsite also has a table, fire ring and grill. Cell service is poor in the area.
The campground is extremely convenient and lovely place to stay while exploring the wonders of southern Utah`s Canyon Country. Outdoor recreation in the area includes rafting, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, hiking, picnicking and OHVing. There’s also some nice wildlife viewing and fantastic mountain biking in the area.
Other campgrounds in the area include Big Bend, Upper Big Bend, Goose Island, Granstaff, Drinks Canyon and Oak Grove.
