Pine Lake Campground has 32 campsites nestled and is next to its scenic namesake lake on the Colorado Plateau. There are 28 single-family campsites and 4 group campsites nestled in a forest of spruce and towering ponderosa pines.
Amenities include drinking water, vault toilets and trash collection. Cell service is fair and firewood is available to purchase from the camp host. Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs up to 30 feet (one site to 35 feet). Each site also has a table, fire ring and grill.
Zion National Park is also about 68 miles away and Fruita Campground is 53 miles away.
A short trail leads from the campground to Pine Lake, which offers excellent canoeing and kayaking, as well as fishing for rainbow, cutthroat and brook trout. Hiking and off-road vehicle trails are plentiful within the area, however off-road vehicles are not allowed in the campground. Other activities include mountain biking, picnicking and wildlife viewing.
