Potters Pond Campground has 20 campsites and is located in Upper Joes Valley next to two sparkling ponds at an elevation of 9,000. Some sites have views of the ponds and most sites are shaded. There are 1 single site, 18 double sites and 1 group site. Campsites 16-19 are also equestrian campsites. The group campsite can accommodate from 20 to 50 people.
Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Each site has a table, fire ring and grill. Vault toilets are provided, but there is no water, electricity or trash collection. Campground roads and parking spurs are gravel/dirt. Cell service is not available in the area.
Other campgrounds in the area include Joes Valley Reservoir, Indian Creek, Lake Hill and Willow Lake.
Outdoor recreation in the area includes canoeing, kayaking, paddle-boarding, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, hunting, picnicking, OHV trail riding and wildlife viewing.
