Rockport State Park Cottonwood campground offers 19 paved campsites along the banks of a creek and close to Rockport Reservoir. Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs, and most of the sites have nice shade from the big trees. Each site also has a table, fire ring and grate.

Campground amenities include showers, flush toilets, drinking water and a sanitation dump station. The park also has a church, boat ramp/launch, fish cleaning station and a picnic area.

Rockport State Park Cottonwood Campground – Area Recreation

Plenty to do here during summer or winter including fishing, boating, swimming, kayaking, canoeing, hiking, biking, water-skiing/water sports, ice fishing, snowmobiling and wildlife viewing.

There are six other campgrounds at Rockport State Park including Cedar Point, Twin Coves, Juniper, Crandall Cove, Pinery and Riverside.
