Soldier Creek Overview

Soldier Creek Campground has 166 campsites (including 10 double sites) and is located next to Strawberry Reservoir in the Uinta National Forest. Campsites are generally large, are about 50-75 feete apart, and have panoramic views of the reservoir and valley.

Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs.  Each campsite also has a table, fire ring and grill. Check in time is 3pm and check out is 1pm. Quiet hours are 10pm to 6am. ATVs are not allowed on campground roads. Amenities include drinking water, flush toilets, trash service and a dump station. Firewood is available for purchase from the camp host. A marina, boat launch/ramp and fishing cleaning station are also nearby. Cell service is good in the area.

Area Recreation & Activities

Outdoor recreation in the area includes fishing, boating, swimming, water sports, canoeing, kayaking, hiking, mountain biking, OHV trail riding, picnicking and wildlife viewing. The marina also has boat rentals, slip rentals, fuel, groceries and supplies.
