Strawberry Bay Campground has 353 campsites (including 26 full hookup sites) and is located next to Strawberry Reservoir in the Uinta National Forest. Group camping is also available (6 sites – up to 50 people per site). The large campground is in a setting of rolling hills covered with sagebrush.
Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Each campsite also has a table, fire ring and grill. Check in time is 3pm and check out is 1pm. Quiet hours are 10pm to 6am. ATVs are not allowed on campground roads, but there are designated ATV routes outside the campground.
Amenities include drinking water, flush toilets, trash service and a dump station. Firewood is available for purchase from the camp host. A marina, boat launch/ramp and fishing cleaning station are also nearby. Cell service is good in the area.
Outdoor recreation in the area includes fishing, boating, swimming, water sports, canoeing, kayaking, hiking, mountain biking, OHV trail riding, picnicking, horseback riding and wildlife viewing. The marina also has boat rentals (power and sail), slip rentals, fuel, groceries and supplies.
