Wasatch Mountain State Park Campgrounds one of Utah’s most popular state parks and has 125 campsites set up in 3 loops. Cottonwood campground has 47 sites for trailers & RVs. There are 30 full and 17 partial hookup sites.  The Oak Hollow loop has 47 campsites with full hookups and others with water/electric only. The Mahogany loop has 31 full hookup campsites.

All of the campground loops have drinking water, flush toilets and hot showers. The campground roads and parking spurs are paved. Each campsite also has a table, fire ring and grill. The Park also has a dump station. Cell service is good in the area.

Wasatch Mountain State Park Cottonwood – Area Recreation

The park offers a variety of outdoor recreation including golfing (Wasatch Mountain and Soldier Hollow golf courses), hiking, horseback riding, picnicking and wildlife viewing.   In winter, you can also cross-country ski or snowmobile through the alpine terrain. Soldier Hollow, the 2002 Olympic winter venue is located at the park’s south end. It is open year-round for summer and winter activities, including biathlon, cross-country skiing, tubing, mountain biking, and hiking.
