Washington Lake Campground has 50 campsites and is located in a forest area next to the lake in the Unita-Wasatch-Cache National Forest. There are 41 single sites (8 capacity), 4 double sites (16 capacity), 4 small group sites (50 capacity), and 1 large group site (100 capacity).
Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Most parking spurs are big and range in size from 20 to 100 feet. There are no hookups. Camp roads and parking spurs are paved. Each campsite has a table, fire ring and grill. Some sites also have tent pads.
Amenities include drinking water, vault toilets and trash collection. Firewood is also available to purchase from the camp host. Cell service is not available in the area.
Other campgrounds in the area include Lilly Lake, Trail Lake, Lost Lake, Moosehorn, Mirror Lake and Sulphur.
Outdoor recreation in the area includes paddle boating (motors prohibited), canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, picnicking, hiking, mountain biking and wildlife viewing. The popular Crystal Lake trailhead is also 1/4 mile from the campground.
