Willow Lake Campground Manti-La Sal National Forest Utah
Willow Lake Overview
Willow Lake Campground has 9 campsites and is located on the east shore of Willow Lake, at an elevation of 9,640. The small lake sits in an alpine basin high on the Wasatch Plateau. Spruce, fir and aspen trees dot the open landscape, providing partial shade in the campground.
Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Each site also has a table, fire ring and grill. The campground has vault toilets (no water or garbage service). Roads and parking spurs are dirt. Cell service is not available in the area.
Other campgrounds in the area include Potters Pond, Joes Valley Reservoir, Indian Creek and Lake Hill.
Willow Lake – Area Recreation and Activities
Outdoor recreation in the area includes canoeing, kayaking, fishing, hiking, horseback riding, OHV trail riding, mountain biking, picnicking, wildlife viewing. Several trails crisscross the region, making up part of the 350+ miles of the exciting Arapeen OHV Trail System. The town of Ephraim is also just 5 miles away.
