Cave Mountain Lake Comments & Reviews
Visited Cave Mountain Lake Campground lately? We'd love to hear about your adventure. Did you find us useful? Did we forget something? Anything our community should know before heading out to Cave Mountain Lake?
My Dad was a Dayton, OH police officer in the 1950s. Based on a recommendation of his partner he took my mother, sister and I to Cave Mountain for a camping vacation. We had a ball and my sister and I still have fond memories. Loved the little lake and catching pollywogs. I caught a red eft and put it in a coffee can with grass and thinking it might be hungry gathered a bunch of ants and put them in the can-to my horror, the ants ate the eft!
Hi Michael,
Thanks for sharing – a great story! More little red eft 🙂
