Dog Lake campground has 8 campsites on the southern shores of the lake in the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest. The small campground has 8 campsites that can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs (up to 26 feet). Campsites are first-come, first-serve.
Campground amenities include 2 vault toilets. There is no water available. Each campsite also has a table, fire ring and grate. Most sites have nice shade from the old-growth forest. Cell service is not available.
Outdoor recreation activities include boating, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, hiking, mountain biking and picnicking. Wildlife viewing is also good here. Fishing is good throughout the summer for 7- to 10-inch rainbow and brook trout.
Other campgrounds in the area include North Clear Lake and Indian Creek.

I passed this like lake whoever I visited family in Yakima, wishing some day I could fish there… well now I live in Yakima, and finally got to fish Dog Lake and loved it!!! My skills may not be great but a caught 3 good meals! It’s my getaway place on the edge of heaven!
