Early Winters Overview
Early Winters Campground has 11 first-come, first-serve campsites and is next to Early Winters Creek in a forested area.
The campground has a loop (sites 1-6) on one side of Highway 20, and another loop (sites 9-13) on the other side. Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs (24 to 32 feet). Each site also has a table, fire ring and grill.
Amenities include drinking water (spigot), vault toilets and trash collection. Firewood is also available to purchase (during summer months) from the camp host.
Other developed campgrounds in the area include Klipchuck and Lone Fir.
Area Recreation & Activities
Outdoor recreation in the area includes biking, hiking, mountain biking, picnicking and wildlife viewing.
