Fort Worden State Park is a 432-acre historic park with more than 2 miles of saltwater shoreline and overlooks Admiralty Inlent (the entrance to Puget Sound). The campground has 80 campsites in two campgrounds (Beach: 1 to 50, and Upper Forest: 51-80). Both campgrounds have restrooms with flush toilets, showers and trash collection. Beach campground has 50 full hookup sites and is tucked between the bluffs and the beaches of Point Wilson. Upper Forest has 30 partial hookups with water & electricity.
Campsites can accommodate tents trailers and RVs (up to 75 feet). Each site also has a table, fire ring and grill. Other park amenities include a dump station, picnic areas, historic military and maritime buildings, a visitor center and picnic areas. There’s also a full service conference center. Additional lodging includes the century-old officer’s housing, a castle, one-room homes and dormitories.
