Gatton Creek Overview

Gatton Creek Bathroom

Gatton Creek campground is  located just outside Olympic National Park on the shores of Lake Quinault. The campground is a small, tent-only facility with 5 campsites. There are also 3 picnic units available.

Campground amenities include vault toilets, but no potable water. The closest drinking water is at Falls Creek campground. Each campsite also has a table, fire ring and grate. Cell service is not available in the area.

Gatton Creek Area Recreation

In addition to camping, visitors enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities that include canoeing, kayaking, swimming, fishing, hiking, picnicking and wildlife viewing. hiking, biking, fishing, and wildlife.  You’ll also get some great views of the Quinault Valley and Olympic Mountains.

Falls Creek and Willaby are two other nearby campgrounds located on Lake Quinault. You may also like Coho campground over by Wynoochee Lake.
