Johnny Creek campground has 65 campsites (Upper and Lower loops) near the confluence of Johnny Creek and Icicle Creek. The campground is first-come, first-served. Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs (up to 65 feet). Each campsite also has a table, fire ring and grate.
Campground amenities include drinking water and vault toilets. Firewood is also available for sale from the camp host.
Outdoor recreation in the area includes fishing, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, picnicking and wildlife viewing. The Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest also has many trails, streams, creeks and lakes to explore. The town of Leavenworth is also about 12 miles away should you need supplies or a break from camp food.
Other campgrounds in the area include Lake Wenatache State Park and Nason Creek.
