Schafer State Park Campground is located along the Satsop River and has 41 campsites, including 9 RV/utility sites with partial hookups. Hike/Bike and Group camping are also available. Campground sold out? Try Campsite Assist and get an alert when a campsite becomes available.

Single family campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs (up to 40 feet). Each site also has a table, fire ring and grate.  Check in time is 2:30pm and check out is 1:00pm. Amenities include drinking water, flush toilets, showers and a dump station. There’s also a nice picnic / day-use area.

Area Recreation & Activities

Outdoor recreation in the area includes fishing, swimming, picnicking, hiking, biking and wildlife viewing.

Over on the coast you may also like Ocean City State Park or Twin Harbors State Park.
