Tower Rock Overview
Tower Rock Campground has 21 campsites in a forested area about 1/4 mile from the south bank of the Cispus River. It’s also on the east side of Mount St. Helens. The terrain is mostly meadow and mountainside, as the campground is surrounded by mountains on almost every side.
The campground is generally open mid May to mid September. Amenities include potable (drinking) water, vault toilets and trash collection. Firewood is also available to purchase from the camp host. Cell service is not available in the area.
Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Each site also has a parking spur (ranging in size from 20 to 30 feet), a table, fire ring and grill.
Tower Rock Campground – Area Recreation & Activities
Outdoor recreation in the area includes fishing, hiking, mountain biking, picnicking and wildlife viewing.
Other campgrounds in the area include Big Creek, North Fork, Iron Creek, Blue Lake Creek, Adams Fork and Cat Creek.
