Troublesome Creek Campground has 25 campsites and is next to the North Fork Skykomish River and its tributary, Troublesome Creek.  Campsites have nice shad from a mixed conifer forest.

Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs (up to 25 feet).  Sites 7-10 and 20 are walk-to (tent-only) campsites. Each site also has a table, fire ring and grill. Campground amenities include drinking water, vault toilets and trash collection.  A picnic / day-use area is also next to the campground. Cell service is not available in the area. You can also purchase wood from the camp host.

Other campgrounds in the area include Money Creek (12 miles), Beckler River (12 miles) and Bedal (14 miles).

Area Recreation & Activities

Outdoor recreation in the area includes fishing, kayaking, swimming, hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking, picnicking and wildlife viewing. The adjacent North Fork Skykomish River offers fishing for steelhead and salmon.
