White River Campground has 88 single-family campsites and is located in Mount Rainer National Park at an elevation of 4,300 feet. It is also near the river in a forested area.

The campground generally opens late June to late September. Amenities include drinking water, flush toilets and trash collection. Campsites can accommodate tents trailers and RVs. There is a 27 ft RV limit and an 18ft trailer limit. Each campsite also has a paved parking spur, table, fire ring and grill.

White River Campground – Area Recreation & Activities

Outdoor recreation in the area includes hiking, mountain biking, picnicking and wildlife viewing. Trails crisscross the campground, including the Wonderland, Burrough Mountain and Glacier Basin Camp Trails.

Other campgrounds in the area include Big Creek, Silver Springs, Cougar Rock, Lodgepole, Ohanapecosh, The Dalles and Pleasant Valley. Mowich Lake Campground (tent only) is also in Mount Rainer National Park.
