Black River State Forest East Fork campground has 24 single-family campsites (all non-electric) in a heavily wooded area next to the East Fork of the Black River.

Campsites at the rustic campground is open mid-April through mid-October and is first-come first-serve other times of the year. About half of the campsites are located along the banks of the river.

Campground amenities include 2 vault toilets, drinking water and trash collection. Firewood is also available for sale at the campground. Campers can also have canoe access to the East Fork of the Black River.  Each campsite also has a table, fire ring and grate.

Outdoor recreation in the area includes canoeing, kayaking, fishing, hiking, mountain biking, ATVing, picnicking, hunting and wildlife viewing.
