Belle Fourche River campground is located in Devil’s Tower National Monument in a park-like setting next to the river and within view of Devil’s Tower. There are 46 single-family campsites and most sites offer ample space and have shade from the trees. Group camping is also available.

The campground is first-come, first- serve. Amenities include drinking water and flush toilets. Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs (up to 35 feet). No hookups are available. Each campsite also has a table, fire ring and grill.

Belle Fourche / Devil’s Tower National Monument – Area Recreation

Outdoor recreation includes hiking, biking, rock climbing, picnicking, fishing, wildlife viewing and visiting historic sites. UFOs are also known to visit the area from time to time.
