Most of the sites have nice shade from tall hardwood trees. Campsites can accommodate for tents, trailers or RVs. Each site also has a table, fire ring and grate.
Campground amenities include drinking water and vault toilets. A boat launch is also nearby,
This area was once the source of railroad ties and mine timbers and you can still see remnants of the logging operations along the river. Outdoor recreation activities include rafting, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, hiking, backpacking, biking, hunting, and wildlife viewing.
