Five Springs Falls campground has 19 single-family campsites and offers spectacular views of nearby mountains and the northern Bighorn Basin.
The campground is set up in 2 loops with the lower loop more suitable for tents. Campground amenities include drinking water, vault toilets and trash collection. Firewood is also available for sale from the camp host. Each campsite also has a table, fire ring and grate.
Outdoor recreation includes fishing, ATVing, horseback riding, mountain biking, hiking, picnicking and wildlife viewing. The Five Springs Falls lookout is a short hike from the campground. Historic mining sites and the Medicine Wheel National Monument are also nearby.
Other campgrounds in the are include Bald Mountain and Porcupine.
