Alabama State Parks Foundation
The Alabama State Parks Foundation hosts a community of people who love our State’s parks. A philanthropic partner of the Parks Administration, the Foundation seeks gifts that will support and enhance park programming, parks facilities, and parks experiences. Members of the Foundation are people dedicated to building and sustaining a great, statewide park system.

Arkansas Parks & Recreation Foundation
Arkansas Parks & Recreation Foundation is organized to support, protect, enhance and add value to places that provide exceptional recreation experience and build on the legacy of the civilian conservation corps by providing a conduit and opportunity for giving back and expediting development for today’s generation.
California State Parks Foundation
California State Parks Foundation is an independent, member-supported nonprofit that mobilizes a diverse network of Californians to be active champions for our state parks.
Channel Islands Conservancy
Founded in 1972 as a non-profit organization, the Catalina Island Conservancy is one of the oldest private land trusts in Southern California. It protects 88 percent of Catalina Island, including more than 62 miles of unspoiled beaches and secluded coves—the longest publicly accessible stretch of undeveloped coastline left in Southern California.
Colorado State Parks Foundation
The Colorado Parks Foundation, Inc. (CPF) is private 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization. Founded in 1985, the CPF mission is to enhance Parks across the State of Colorado through grants; advocate for the ongoing enhancement and improvement of Parks throughout the State of Colorado; and promote the enjoyment and usage of Parks throughout the State of Colorado.
Florida State Parks Foundation
In coordination with and support of the Florida Park Service, the Florida State Parks Foundation provides education, communication and support services to local citizen support organizations (CSO) to ensure the sustainability, protection, restoration and interpretation of the system of Florida State Parks.
Friends of Connecticut State Parks

Iowa Parks Foundation
The mission of the Iowa Parks Foundation is to strengthen the connection between Iowans and their parks by creating innovative partnerships and making strategic grants that transform Iowa’s parks while improving Iowans’ health and quality of life.
Michigan Recreation and Park Association Foundation
Established in 2002, the Michigan Recreation and Park Association Foundation provides financial support to people and programs that work to enrich the health and well-being of all Michigan citizens through increased access to recreation and outdoor experiences. Pennsylvania Parks & Forests Foundation
Pennsylvania Parks and Forests Foundation (PPFF) began in 1999 as a statewide nonprofit organization to provide a voice for the Commonwealth’s 121 state parks and 2.2 million acres of forest land. With PPFF, citizens can donate or bequeath money to state parks and forests, become active and involved volunteers in the park and forest system, and find some fun and educational opportunities.
South Carolina Department of Parks, Recreation & Tourism
SCPRT operates 47 state parks, markets the state as a tourist destination and provides grants for parks, recreation and tourism development.
South Dakota Parks & Wildlife Foundation
The state’s natural resources and its history help forge its people and create a legacy to be passed on to future generations. The South Dakota Parks and Wildlife Foundation exists to help preserve this heritage. Over the years, the Foundation has assisted South Dakota Game, Fish and Parks with a number of large and small projects.
Texas Parks & Wildlife Foundation

Tennessee State Parks Conservancy
In partnership with the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation, the Tennessee State Parks Conservancy works to raise funds for educational programs, health initiatives and special park projects that preserve, protect and enhance the 56 state parks across Tennessee.

Virginia Association for Parks
The Virginia Association for Parks’ (VAFP) goal is unique in that no other organization seeks to present park users with a “seamless” park system experience. VAFP’s view is that a “park is a park” regardless of the funding source – national, state, regional or local. In keeping with that view, VAFP is supportive of all parks within the state.
