Olympic National Park Washington

Olympic National Park Overview

Olympic National Park encompasses nearly a million acres and includes several different ecosystems including 70 miles of coastline, old-growth rain forests and glacier-capped mountains.

Visitors can find information, exhibits, publications, movies and maps at the National Park, Hurricane Ridge and Hoh Rain Forest visitor centers.  The Wilderness Information Center (WIC) is also located in Port Angeles and issues reservations and backcountry permits.

Overnight accommodations include rustic cabins, historic lodges, resorts, camping and backcountry campsites.  Developed campgrounds include Deer Park (14 sites), Dosewallips, Fairholme (88 sites), Graves Creek (30 sites), Heart O’ the Hills (105 sites), Hoh Rainforest (88 sites), Kalaloch (170 sites), Mora (94 sites), North Fork (9 sites), Ozette (15 sites), Queets (20 sites), Sol Duc (18 sites), Sol Duc Hot Springs RV Park (99 sites), South Beach (55 sites), and Staircase (49 sites). Log Cabin Resort RV is also in the park.  Kalaoch, Mora, Hoh Rainforest, and Sol Duc Hot Springs Resorts offer reservations during the summer. All other campgrounds are first-come, first-serve.

    Hi,

    Can people staying at the Sol Duc campsite be able to use the resort’s shower during this covid time?

      I have not seen any ‘closure’ notices for the Sol Duc Resort showers (which campers can use), but you may want to call to confirm at: (888) 896-3818
