Great beach location in HB close to Pier, restaurants, Pacific City. Front spots are a bit tight but you sit above the bike path which is great for people watching. Interior spots are huge. Campground staff chill compared to State Beach. Some Cons: Homeless are present and the restaurants/clubs in Pacific City bump music late. Also it is just a converted parking lot (all blacktop)
