Peninsula Family Overview

Peninsula Family Campground has 70 campsites and is located next to beautiful Rollins Lake in the Grass Valley Area. This Nevada Irrigation District campground also has 3 cabins available to rent. Group camping is also available and Bandy’s Cove.

Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Each site also has a table, fire ring and grill. Many campsites are waterfront and there are also a few double-family sites. Amenities include drinking water, flush toilets, a camp store, sanitation dump station, marina, boat ramp, volleyball court and horseshoes.  Pets are okay and there is even a pet swim beach!

Area Recreation & Activities

Outdoor recreation includes boating, canoeing, kayaking, paddle-boarding, fishing, swimming, water sports, hiking, biking, picnicking, volleyball, horseshoes and wildlife viewing.

Orchard Springs Resort Campground is also in the area (south shore).
