DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I paid for 30 days at full price and didn’t have sewer hook-ups. Was told only permanent residents have full hook-ups after the fact. Then at 7pm on a Friday, some lady comes to my trailer and tells me I had to pack up and leave in 30 minutes. They said my boyfriend came there in a stolen car. I reassured her that she is wrong and he would never have anything to do with any stolen car. I called him and he came down and they changed their story to “someone” came to my trailer in a stolen car. It’s the most absurd accusation. Let me point out that to have any visitors they have to register at the office and pay $8. I have no visitors except my boyfriend!! I am not affiliated with anyone who came to my trailer in a stolen vehicle!! This was their way of robbing me! They took my money, and kicked me out for absolutely no good reason! I have been humiliated and and disrespected! Their false accusations are ridiculous!
