Riverside RV Park Campground (Idaho)

Riverside RV Park Overview

Riverside RV Park Sign

Riverside RV Park has 15 full hookups sites and is located right along the Little Salmon River just outside of Riggins, ID.  It is on the south side of town and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, bars etc.

Most of the large campsites have views of the river.  Only self-contained campers are permitted. Big rigs can manage easily from the north or south entrance depending on the angle of the site you choose.

There are no restrooms or showers, so you need to have facilities in your trailer or RV.  Each site has electric, water, sewer and cable TV hookups. WiFi is also available throughout the park.

Although located next to the road, you will not hear traffic over the sound of the Little Salmon River.  Pets are okay and cell service is good.

Area Recreation & Activities

Outdoor recreation in the area includes rafting, kayaking, fishing, hiking, jet boating and wildlife viewing. There is a good chance you will also see deer and wild horses in the hills nearby. The area draws a lot of fishermen.

If you are lucky enough to find space for the jet boat races in April, this is the perfect home base.  For a longer stay, consider a rafting trip with Rubicon across the street.
