Lake Erie Campground (Washington)
Lake Erie Overview
Lake Erie RV Campground offers lakefront RV and tent camping and is located on Fidalgo Island just west of Heart Lake Road and north of Rosario Road.
Full hookup and pull-through campsites are available, as well as an A-frame cabin. Amenities include drinking water, a clean/well-maintained port-a-potty (with handwash station), propane fire pit rentals, WiFi and trash collection. Lake Erie Coffee & Mercantile provides groceries and supplies adjacent to the camp. There’s also a boat launch less than 1/2 mile away (electric motos only). You can also launch your own paddle-board, kayak or canoe from the campground’s dock.
Area Recreation & Activities
Outdoor recreation in the area includes boating, kayaking, canoeing, paddle-boarding, fishing, hiking, biking, rock climbing, picnicking and wildlife viewing. The campground is also a short drive to the breathtaking areas of Deception Pass and Whidbey Island and a ferry ride away from the beautiful San Juan Islands.
