Bridalveil Creek campground has 110 single-family campsites located off Glacier Point Road in Yosemite National Park. The campground also has 5 reservable equestrian and group campsites. No trailers or RVs are allowed in the group campsites. Single-family campsites can have up to 2 vehicles and 6 people per site. Group sites can have 13 to 30 people.

Campsites can accommodate tents, trailers (up to 24 feet) and RVs (up to 35 feet) and the campground is generally open mid July to early September. Check in is 2pm and check out is 12pm.

Campground amenities include drinking water and flush toilets. Each campsite also has a paved parking spur, table, food storage locker, fire ring and grate. Food storage locker dimensions: 33″ deep x 45″ wide x 18″ high.  The nearest store and restaurant are down in Yosemite Valley (about 26 miles away).

Bridalveil Creek – Area Recreation

The area around Bridalveil Creek has a beautiful forest of Red Fir and Lodgepole pine. The creek also runs close by the campground and you’ll catch glimpses of distant craggy peaks. The 7-mile drive to Glacier Point also offers sweeping views of Yosemite Valley, Little Yosemite Valley, Half Dome, Vernal & Nevada Falls and Clouds Rest

There are numerous equestrian and hiking trails near the camp including 4-Mile Trail, Panorama Trail, Taft Point, Sentinel Dome and Ostrander Lake.  Other activities in the park include biking, backpacking, hiking, rock climbing, fishing, horseback riding, rafting, kayakin, picnicking and wildlife viewing. Winter sports include snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, ice-skating and downhill skilling over at Badger Pass.

Other Yosemite National Park campgrounds in the area include Wawona, Upper Pines, Lower Pines and North Pines.
