Tent camped here last weekend of February 2021. I think this was my 5th time in the last 3 years. Very quiet campground in the offseason! I spoke with a park employee who informed me that with the closure of Big Basin Redwoods State Park, Henry Cowell SP campground will now be open/available year-round.
