Hobson Beach Park Campground California

Hobson Beach Park Overview

Hobson Park 011

Hobson Beach Park Campground is located right on the shore of the beautiful Pacific Ocean in Ventura and has 31 campsites. There are 10 sites that have full hookups (including Cable TV). The campground is very popular and also has sweet views of the Channel Islands.

Hobson Beach Park Campground has a camp store, drinking water, flush toilets, hot showers($) and a snack bar with the post incredible circus peanuts. WiFi service is also available. Check in is 12:00 PM and check out is 11:00 AM.

Many of the campsites are oceanfront and all have a view of the Pacific Ocean. There is also a small beach located just below the rocks. An active railroad track passes close to the campground. Expect some train noise including a friendly toot from the conductor. Cell service is good.

If the campground is full you might try Faria Beach Park. It is located just few miles to the south and has 42 campsites.  And you might also like Tapo Canyon Park (16 full hookups) in Ventura County.

One Comment on “Hobson Beach Park”

  1. Small RV park – friendly people. Snack bar is open until they choose to leave on Monday it was by 3 pm. (Not open Tuesdays). Beach is only accessible at low tide – and you have to cross a BIG bunch of rocks to get there – not easy for me. No space for a dog run.
